460 driver, that’s the common term for the maximum size a driver head can be.

All the drivers we have listed on our website are legal and conforming to the 460 driver rules as stated by the R & A; the volume of the club head must not exceed 460 cubic centimetres, plus a tolerance of 10 cubic centimetres.  Full details of legal 460 drivers and which ones are not, can be found on the R and A’s website in the download section.  Illegal drivers can not be used in competitions and if in doubt ask you Pro for guidance.

We offer many demonstration days throughout the year where manufacturers visit our site and allow you to try all combinations of loft and flex, the next available demo day for 460 drivers is on the 28^th May at Swaffham Golf Club, 15.00-19.00 and this is brought to you by Mizuno Golf.  Callaway Golf offer their second of the year with us on the 20^th June 13.00-17.00.  It’s a great way to be fitted for a 460 driver whilst under no pressure to buy; these company demonstrators are there to offer advice only.  So go on try a 460 driver you’ll wonder how you managed without one.  Options are available for Juniors, Women, Seniors and Men.  The Men’s options are available in different flexes as well as different lofts.
