The Explanar hoop is used in conjunction with a weighted Power Roller. You step inside the Explanar rest the Power Roller on the hoop and take your grip and stance in the centre of the Explanar is then adjusted to the correct angle in order that you can swing the Power Roller on your optimum biomechanical swing plane.

You are then ready to initiate the swing. With the aid of your PGA Professional and a series of Explanar drills, you are now able to make a golf swing on you ideal swing plane. Visit one of our Explanar Centres run by qualified PGA Professionals for a lesson on how to gain benefit from the Explanar Golf Training System
