  • How do I place an order?
  • Choose your product,
    click on add to cart button,
    select quantity ,
    select destination for postage prices,
    Click on continue shopping if you would like to purchase more,
    Click on checkout, this will redirect you to our secure server,
    Fill in your name, address, card details and note your requirements of size or specification in the box provided, including; shaft flex, loft, left/right hand etc.
    Click on Submit order,
    you will receive confirmation of your order by email when your card has been processed.

  • How do I cancel my order?
  • Email us straight away and we'll refund you in full. Please be aware we despatch within 48 hours. If the goods have already been despatched, we will only refund a credit note, excluding the postage.

  • Faulty goods, can be returned to us and we will replace as per the manufacturer's warranty policy.

    Non faulty goods, can be returned to us in their original condition, a full credit note will be issued (excludes postage), or alternative item can be issued.

  • When will my order be despatched?

  • Once credit/debit card payment has been processed, your order, if placed Monday to Thursday, will be despatched within 3-5 days.  Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be processed on the following Monday within 3-5 days.

    Please note custom order golf clubs will take longer depending on manufacturer's time scale.

  • For items over 1 kg we use FedEx for despatches.
    Items under 1 Kg are despatched through the Royal Mail.

    Current shaft flex
    Shot shape (hook/slice/fade/draw)
    For on-site shoppers, you will automatically be offered this FREE service when purchasing clubs from us.
