Golf Gloves
Golf gloves are worn to assist the golfer in their grip and also to prevent blistering. If you’re right handed then the glove is worn on the left hand and vice versa.
Some golf gloves are made to prevent pressure on your hand joints, Bionic golf gloves are designed and made by a leading hand surgeon. These golf gloves are extremely well made and very hard wearing as they are padded at the various pressure points on the wearer’s hand.
Other types of golf glove include wet weather gloves intended to be worn as a pair and give the player grip when times are rainy. Winter golf gloves are made from thermal material designed to work with the heat from your hand and ensure both grip and warmth on freezing winter days.
Golf gloves can be made from man made synthetic materials or from high quality leathers including cabretta leather, sought after for it’s softness and durability. Other types of winter golf glove include thermal mittens, designed to be only worn when walking between shots. Tan Fit golf gloves work at the opposite weather scale and are designed for the wearer to tan through the specially designed golf glove which has a mesh top piece to allow the sun to shine through them.
